About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent across various functions and levels. You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from the first touchpoint.


General Description: The Sr Sourcing Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent for highly technical and specialized roles across multiple business lines. Key responsibilities include developing and using innovative sourcing strategies by leveraging industry trends, competitor insights, and talent data. This role will also build and maintain essential relationships with stakeholders, such as recruiters and hiring managers. These relationships help create and sustain talent pipelines important to the organization's success.

Responsibilities:
  • This is a strategic and consultative position where you will collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other Leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements while developing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology tools and platforms to improve sourcing outcomes and uncover top talent efficiently. 
  • Formulate and implement sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates through various channels. Includes LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, associations, alumni groups, etc.
  • Develop candidate pipelines by targeting, engaging, and cultivating prospects from top competitors.
  • Build and manage Talent Communities and national pipelines within the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach. Nurture relationships over time. Vary approaches by function, line of business, special projects, and capacity.
  • Assess and screen candidates for suitability and interest based on functional alignment and capacity.
  • Stay current on industry trends, talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and diversity sourcing efforts.
  • Accountable for key metrics, including candidate experience, productivity/quality of pipeline, quality of candidate slate, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the talent intelligence team to gather and report competitive intelligence and market data for target companies.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the ATS. 
  • Facilitate sourcing strategy meetings, including huddles and live/offsite strategy sessions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered instead of a degree.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills. Enthusiasm for direct recruiting and passive candidate outreach.
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources practices. Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization. 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence. Ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing client requests, while setting clear expectations and timelines. 
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to track and catalog searches and research projects for future recall.
  • Extensive experience with an ATS (e.g., Avature) for accurate candidate record maintenance and reporting of sourcing metrics and outcomes.
  • Extensive LinkedIn Recruiter experience required, including full fluency in searching. 
  • Must be proficient in other sourcing tools, platforms, and analytics such as Zoominfo, Signal Hire, and LinkedIn Talent Insights. X-ray and Boolean search knowledge preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with AI chat tools preferred (e.g., MS Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with diversity sourcing strategies a plus.

$100-$110k & 10% bonus
