About the Role:

The Corporate Strategy & Operations Analyst plays a key role in shaping enterprise strategy and delivering executive-level insights that guide decisions for senior leadership. In partnership with executives and regional teams, this role builds growth plans, advances strategic initiatives, and optimizes operational performance. The ideal candidate brings solid financial modeling skills, project management capability, and the confidence to communicate across all levels of the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Corporate Executives and Regional Leaders to develop and execute strategic and operational initiatives that drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Manage growth initiative workstreams, including leading weekly project meetings to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct financial and operational analyses, including monthly forecasting, performance reviews, and benchmarking across operating companies.
  • Create and deliver materials for senior management, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, including budgeting and strategic planning presentations.
  • Build and maintain dynamic reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Recommend and help implement best practices that improve operational performance across regions and operating companies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in operational analysis and performance optimization preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced financial analysis and data modeling capabilities; strong command of Excel.
  • Experience with MS SQL, Analysis Services scripting, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with ability to turn abstract concepts into practical solutions.

$115k-$125k & 10% Bonus
