Description and Requirements

General Description: Work with corporate and regional leadership to support the national employee benefits ancillary revenue strategy. Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and validating data.

Responsibilities:
Prepare the annual Stewardship presentations, including survey creation, collection, and analysis.
Track carrier payments and validate payment estimates for the prior year.
Analyze data and carrier agreements to support performance and payment variances. Includes working with regional finance teams. 
Responsible for maintaining Carrier Models. Includes projections, carrier reporting, client mapping, and verifying model data against the agreement.
Drive improvements in metrics for ancillary benefits. Includes new business, persistency, premium growth, and member growth.  
Provide management with ad hoc financial analysis upon request.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
3-5 years of business experience. Employee benefits experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and work-ethic.
Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines under pressure.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
Ability to creatively and proactively problem solve.

This is a temporary position with an assignment expected to last approximately 12-months.  Starting salary:  $85,000.
