- Provide asset allocation guidance to Defined Benefit clients, including participation in asset/liability studies and quarterly portfolio rebalancing.
- Interpret, implement, and monitor investment policy statements for assigned clients.
- Support client relationship management by periodically meeting with clients and identifying opportunities to cross sell additional USI services.
- Participate in internal committees and maintain accurate client records for Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans.
- Comply with all USI Advisors and Securities policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of investment performance measurement experience; exposure to mutual and institutional funds preferred.

- Series 65 required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Working knowledge of retirement plans, pension programs, and funding structures.
