Description and Requirements

The Role:

As the National Sales Support Manager, you will oversee the Emerson Rogers sales training program and drive both internal and external sales and marketing initiatives to support offices nationwide. This is a pivotal role that ensures our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive sales training and onboarding programs for production staff.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure a consistent onboarding and educational experience across the organization.
  • Partner with National Market and Sales Leaders to organize and deliver engaging educational content.
  • Create, record, and edit training modules for our LMS (ULearn) and Brainshark platforms.
  • Facilitate role-playing exercises and Engagement Day activities to enhance learning.
  • Research and implement new training, marketing, and prospecting strategies.
  • Update and assign eLearning courses, skills assessments, and development roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on onboarding, attendance, and course completion.
  • Collaborate with training teams and national leaders, and assist with CRM reporting as needed.
  • Travel occasionally to attend sales summits, training sessions, and company events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales support; experience in financial or professional services is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills required.
  • Experience with social platforms such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with recording and editing tools like Brainshark, Webex, and Screen Cast.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and branding strategies.
  • Proven success supporting sales, branding, or communications initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized, team-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of leadership.
