Description and Requirements

General Description: Responsible for leading the national marketing growth strategy of the Programs and Wholesale Division. Develop and manage the marketing team. Execute marketing plans and strategies to generate revenue growth and retain customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business goals. 
  • Responsible for all marketing and communications leadership and processes for both Direct to insured and Indirect to agency opportunities. Includes communications, presentations, sponsorships, advertising, and branding.
  • Accountable for full-cycle recruitment, management, and development of marketing project team. Includes providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Work with top producers/brokers to execute client-facing growth and retention strategies.
  • Help drive utilization of clients and prospects within the company’s CRM system.
  • Partner with managers to track and measure sales activity. Coach producers/brokers to ensure first appointments and a quality pipeline.
  • Outline and organize strategic conventions and conferences.
  • Maintain and manage all revisions and compliance updates to the Company website.
  • Ensure compliance with graphic standards.
  • Create customized proposals and presentation templates for sales and account management teams.
  • Maintain continuity of collateral materials to maintain an effective and unified marketing message.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 5+ years of related experience in marketing / sales support at the executive level.
  • Experience developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • Must have technical skills and prior experience utilizing CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Web and collateral design
  • Exhibits a high level of initiative and confidence when proposing new ideas to leadership. 
  • Ability to manage projects and set priorities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Must be self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Work Environment:
Work is conducted in an on-site, remote, or hybrid environment that is conducive to performing the essential functions of the job. The role routinely involves the use of standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, printers, and video conferencing tools. The role requires attendance at in-person meetings, such as conferences, industry events, and team member or client meetings.

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000(depends on experience) This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 20%.
