General Description:  Responsible for processing cash receipts and administrative duties. Includes electronic filing, following up on tasks, and responding to emails. 

Responsibilities:
Process assigned cash receipts in accordance with daily deadline schedule.  
Prepare daily and bi-monthly cash receipt reporting in a timely manner. 
Work with internal and external clients to ensure accurate processing.
Manage email box and assigned task list. 
Assist with account reconciliations as needed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
2 years of accounting experience preferred. 
Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
Broad knowledge of general accounting principles. 
Experience with CashPro Online preferred. 
Organized self-starter that works well in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information. 
Accurate and fast data entry skills. 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel. 
Strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
