General Description: Provide strong sales and marketing support to Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales associates. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) system to support sales team and pipelines. Drive efficiency with sales generation and ensure customer retention through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

·       Support Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales associates with their pipeline data, contact data, and prospecting efforts through different marketing channels.  

·       Responsible for managing Sales Associates CRM data. Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM system training for newly hired/acquired sales associates.

·       Prepare presentations and supporting sales materials. Maintain continuity of USI collateral materials with branding and marketing message.

·       Compile and generate various sales and management reports. 

·       Conduct research and provide information to sales teams on existing and prospective clients.

·       Complete quality opportunity assignments for newly hired/acquired sales associates.

·       Coordinate and prepare management reports for sales meetings.

·       Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to ensure accurate data.

·       Provide tracking of all initiatives within CRM. Verify new business wins in Microsoft Dynamics CRM aligns with agency management system.

·       Act as Microsoft Dynamics CRM subject matter expert and provide updates to sales associates. Includes procedural changes, advancement, developing workflows, and lead management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·       2-3 years of experience providing sales and marketing support at the executive level. Administrative and insurance experience nice to have.

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·       Proven ability to manage projects and drive adherence to procedures.

·       Technical ability and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system preferred. Other CRM system experience a plus i.e. Salesforce. 

·       LinkedIn and Sales Navigator experience a plus.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

·       High degree of PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.

·       Organized self-starter. Ability to handle multiple priorities with firm deadlines.

·       Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. Must be able to adapt to immediate needs of sales associates and management.  

·       Detail oriented with ability to diagnose and resolve issues.

Physical Demands:

Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal noise and limited to no exposure to chemicals or toxins. Employees operate office equipment including telephone - headset, computer, computer monitors, keyboard, mouse, copier, scanner, and mail machine. Physical tasks of job include walking, sitting, standing, and bending.

Analysis of Physical Demands:

·       Constantly (over 66% of time) work performed requires employees to use repetitive hand motions such as typing, using a keyboard, and sitting at a desk.

·       Frequently (34%-66% of time) work performed requires employees to handle and grasp things, walk on normal surfaces, stand, and bend.

·       Occasionally (1%-33% of time) work performed requires employees to walk on uneven or slippery surfaces to and from work and occasionally reach outward to grab things and bend.

Rarely (< than 1 hour per week) work performed requires lifting/carrying items that range from 10-50lbs, pushing/pulling items that range from 10-50lbs, twisting/turning including reaching over shoulder or above head, kneeling or squatting

Target salary: 63-67K
