Apply nowGeneral Description: This position will have a strong focus on print layout and general graphic design to create high-quality printed materials such as brochures, sellsheets, and marketing collateral, as well as a broad skill set in digital design. Will lead print design projects from concept to final production, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Produce high quality, on-brand marketing collateral and communication (one-sheets, brochures, presentations, newsletters, email marketing, and web pages).
• Support Creative Director to provide ongoing creative development for Emerson Roger's marketing and communications projects.
• Improve brand guidelines and support execution across offices nationwide.
• Work with internal stakeholders across the organization to develop creative solutions to their marketing and communication needs.
• Develop and design new templates, guidelines and guides for local offices.
• Design, format, and update PowerPoint presentations.
• Initiate and develop creative ideas for on-brand websites.
• Other special marketing, branding and design projects as needed.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Maintain high standards of quality.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles required.
• Fundamental knowledge of core design principles. Includes typography, design and layout, and composition.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• working knowledge of web design including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Advanced Microsoft Office PowerPoint skills. Includes animations, image optimization, video, hyperlinks, navigation and charting.
• Video Editing and design a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong project management skills.

Salary Range $83,000 to $85,000
