General Description: Support the strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies of the Employee Benefits Career Development team. Plan, manage, support, monitor, and evaluate the career track program. 

Responsibilities:

  • Champion career development initiatives through timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
  • Manage calendar for two-year training curriculum. Includes communication and scheduling of training courses amongst multiple classes and tracks.
  • Provide guidance and assist with the curriculum path, content, and scheduling.
  • Assist with SharePoint site posting and maintenance. 
  • Conduct peer reviews and edit written materials.
  • Track, monitor and report on survey results, inquiries/questions, and activities. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the program.
  • Maintain program files in accordance with workflows, procedures, and best practices. 
  • Shadow coaches to learn process and gain career development experience.
  • Work on various projects in alignment with career development objectives, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have 2 years+ of employee benefits experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience with employee benefits best practices and workflows.
  • Strong administrative experience a must.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with internet-based programs and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Self-motivated. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
  • Adhere to high professional standards and integrity.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.  Starting hourly rate is: $28.84.  This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 5%.
