General Description: Responsible for the development and maintenance of producer onboarding and success training. Focus on employee benefits insurance fundamentals and introduction to USI sales process. Work closely with the National Select EB Sales Leader, Regional Sales Leaders, and Enterprise Knowledge and Solution department. 

Responsibilities:
Develop content, curriculum, assessments and reporting to onboard new Select EB producers. 
Facilitate live training for new sales staff on a quarterly basis.  
Develop and present various training documents and tools. Includes user guides, recorded presentations, and PowerPoint presentations. 
Develop and facilitate a three-year training calendar for new hire classes every 6 months. 
Effectively use technology to facilitate on demand training/testing with aggregate reporting.
Continually seek new and creative ways to deliver quality hands-on training to EB Select producers. 
Make recommendations for various methods to ensure training objectives are met. 
Facilitate and communicate with subject matter experts (SME) for areas of training where required to produce the assigned tools, documents, and webinars. 
Maintain updated training materials for employee reference. 
Prepare/maintain regular project status tracking and updates. Includes reporting evidencing that knowledge/skills are being effectively learned and transferred. 
Expected to continually expand industry knowledge and trends with the intent to help shape and reshape the onboarding process. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
2-5 years of experience in employee benefits.
College degree preferred. 
Strong knowledge and practice of Adult Learning Theory.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel. 
Ability to become competent with new technology tools quickly. Experience with Storyline and Rise course development preferred, but not required.  
Strong reasoning skills and structured thinking ability. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Includes ability to translate complex technical information in a learning/teaching setting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy. 
Strong organizational and time management skills to deliver results under tight timelines.

Salary Range:  $115,000- $130,000.  This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 10%.
