Apply nowGeneral Description: Manages Employee Benefits insurance accounts and services as their day-to-day contact. **This position offers a hybrid schedule with two days per week in our Orlando office and three days from home.
Major Responsibilities:
o Determine most appropriate carriers
o Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings
o Make recommendations to clients
· Develop alternative strategies, plan modeling and cost reduction opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Prior customer service experience is preferred.
· Must hold or be willing to earn life and disability insurance license.
· Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
· Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
· Keep informed about industry information, technology and trends.
· Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.
