General Description:  To provide computer services and support to all USI Offices and clients.  Primary responsibilities include the management, strategy, and execution of technology within respective departments.

  • Responsibilities (include but not exclusive to the following):
  • ·       Daily support, configuration, implementation and maintenance of Active Directory, Azure & Office 365
  • ·       Azure experience is preferred, both traditional cloud resources and ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Machine Learning Workspace, Container Apps, App Services, API Management, Application Gateway, and Front Door.
  • ·       Provide daily support in the execution of new design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of USI systems and related technology including but not limited to storage, virtualization environments, cloud, and server platforms.
  • Ensure all computer systems are patched on a timely basis in accordance with USI policies.
  • Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
  • Plans for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
  • Stay up to date on security risks and ensure corporate security.
  • Recommend and implement improvements.
  • See that all reported issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 4 Year Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
  • MCSE/MCSA preferred.
  • 4-6 years IT Related experience in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong PowerShell Scripting knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of Okta; VMWare; Rubrik
  • Proven experience identifying security vulnerabilities and eliminating them with strategic solutions.
  • Knowledge of system and network monitoring tools (PRTG)
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and people skills.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Salary range:  $80,000- $95,000.  This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 8%.
