USI Affinity, a division of USI Insurance Services, has been named two years in a row as one of the top 300 large employers by Forbes Magazine.  We have an opportunity for you to use your Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing experience to process carrier payables, customer refunds and other disbursements, as well as processing cash receipts and performs other tasks as assigned.


In this role, you will verify check requests; post customer refunds; enter and post payable transactions; investigate issues related to cash disbursements; prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers and ACH payments and more!


Office location is in our brand-new Newtown Square, PA office.  We expect to continue to work from home until May.  


REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

·       High School degree is required, Associate Degree in Accounting is a plus.

·       One or more years experience conducting accounts payable processing in Financial Services industry is preferred.

·       Accounts receivable processing experience is a plus.


COMPUTER SKILLS:

·       Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel (i.e. creating spreadsheets, arithmetic formulas.)

·       Must be computer literate (able to learn and work with different systems easily).

·       Strong computer and data entry skills.

·       Experience with SAP accounting software is a plus.


OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

     Strong numerical aptitude.

·       Familiarity with accounting terms.

·       Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good organization skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Works well with others and is customer oriented.

·       Ability to work under pressure; meet deadlines; multitask and efficiently handle high volume.

·       Strong and accurate data entry skills.
