General Description:  The Workforce Solutions Analyst supports the strategic initiatives, vendor relationships and operational efficiencies of the Workforce Solutions and HR Technology Consulting team.  This includes primary responsibilities in supporting the execution and maintenance of the deliverables which support the Workforce Solutions and HR Technology Consulting practice and coordinating the team members throughout USI to ensure proper dissemination of information and open communication.

This position requires an individual who has strengths within several of the following disciplines: project management, decision making, communication, application support, quality assurance, information management, marketing, training and HR technology consulting operations.

Responsibilities:

·        Serve as an expert on the National HR Technology team’s RFP tool and database.

·        Project manage the current vendors to optimize technologies/services.

·        Serve as a Project Manager to support new and existing vendor relationships as they utilize the tools to support the deliverables of the national HR technology consulting practice (including RFP360, vendor selection tool, BenefitPitch, etc.)

·        Establish appropriate communication and implementation processes with the technology vendor representatives to facilitate integration into our supported solutions.

·        Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of any new technology solution that is selected to support the HR Technology Consulting practice.   

·        Manage the information collection & maintenance process with the technology vendors to ensure accuracy and completion. To include answering vendor questions, providing guidance on data that will need to be collected, how to address gaps in the required data, entering correct data into required fields into the technology solution.

·        Assist with maintaining the technology credit program by working with carriers and vendors regarding their technology subsidies.

·        Maintain a consistent subject matter level expertise knowledge on key vendor offerings within USI’s marketplace.

·        Facilitate vendor, HR technology consulting team, and USI champion meetings/demos.

  • Understand all team materials and resources and how they are delivered to client support teams and clients directly.
  • Assist with sharing updates of the HR Technology vendors’ library with the practice and HR Technology Champions as needed.
  • Shadow Consultants to learn processes and gain overall consulting experience.
  • Assist the National Practice Leader with additional projects as needed.
  • Support the HR Technology team as new projects and initiatives come up.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 2+ years related experience or Employee Benefits Consulting
  • High level of detail
  • Strong client relationship management and analytic skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship management and analytic skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, Word and Power Point)
