Description and Requirements

The Role:

As the Division Marketing Leader, you will spearhead the national marketing growth strategy for our Programs and Wholesale Division. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic marketing team, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, and play a key part in driving revenue growth and customer retention.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies that leverage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.
  • Lead all marketing and communications efforts for both direct-to-insured and indirect-to-agency opportunities, including communications, presentations, sponsorships, advertising, and branding.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, management, and development of the marketing project team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with top producers and brokers to execute client-facing growth and retention strategies.
  • Drive utilization of clients and prospects within the company’s CRM system.
  • Plan and organize strategic conventions and conferences.
  • Maintain and manage all revisions and compliance updates to the company website.
  • Uphold brand consistency and ensure adherence to graphic standards across all marketing materials.
  • Create customized proposals and presentation templates for sales and account management teams.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of collateral materials to reinforce a unified brand message.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of related experience in marketing or sales support at the executive level.
  • Proven experience developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Technical skills and prior experience utilizing CRM systems, Microsoft PowerPoint, and web and collateral design.
  • Demonstrated initiative and confidence in proposing new ideas to leadership.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding leadership skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
