 Join USI, who has been named one of the top 300 large firms by Forbes Magazine two years in a row!  In this role, you will use your strong knowledge of the travel / Travel insurance industry to provide a first-class level of customer service to VIP Travel Insurance Service customers.  Location is in our new Newtown Square Office where we are currently working on a remote hybrid basis.


 You will provide the VIP customer with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness by developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all travel products offered.  This includes knowledge of all policy provisions and procedures pertaining to customer service while also having a good understanding of all customers’ travel potential travel needs.  We will provide all training on products offered.

 

High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.  Certification within the Travel industry (CTA) is helpful.  Strong customer service in the tour and travel industry experience and/or travel insurance industry is required.  Experience with international travel is helpful.  Ability to possess an exemplary positive attitude as well as passion to offer an unequaled customer service experience!  

 

·         Must have or obtain Property & Casualty insurance license within three (3) months of employment and Life & Health License within six (6) months of employment.  Licensing training is provided by USI.

·         Certification within the Travel industry (CTA) is preferred.

·         Must have strong customer service orientation; interpersonal and organizational skills, good sense of time management (ability to juggle multiple requests while giving the customer your undivided attention) with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. 

·         Effective communication/comprehensive skills – verbal and written. 

·         Ability to function independently and multi-task. 

·         Must enjoy providing excellent service, be enthusiastic, willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls. 

·         Knowledge of foreign languages and cultures is desirable; bilingual skills are also desirable.
