About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for optimizing USI’s recruiting processes, enablement functions, and operating model from end to end. In this role, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership, HR Operations, and business leaders to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, implement solutions, and standardize best practices across the organization. We are seeking a process-driven professional with a strong background in recruitment operations and change management, who can lead initiatives to boost recruiter productivity, enhance stakeholder experience, and scale TA operations.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate current Talent Acquisition (TA) processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement standardized processes, templates, and tools to deliver a consistent national recruiting experience while supporting regional needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects to modernize TA operations and embed best practices.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive successful rollout of new processes, tools, and policies through training, documentation, and feedback loops.
- Partner with TA leadership to assess needs, develop solutions, and drive adoption.
- Review centralized delivery functions (sourcing, operations, technology) and recommend enhancements.
- Map, document, and redesign workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or process improvement.
- People management experience with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management and implementing new processes.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects and operational improvements.
- Ability to influence and partner at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
