General Description: Provide administrative support to senior leadership team and Self-Insurance Group Administrators of the Workers Comp Self Insured Group clients.

Responsibilities:

·        Preparation and coordination for Quarterly Board Meetings including:

o   Attend and prepare for weekly status meetings with senior leadership to coordinate the process, develop action items, and deliver accountabilities.

  • Coordinate all meeting venues for on-site and off-site meetings.
  • Work with internal teams to obtain necessary report information and develop meeting agenda.
  • Provide timely communication of meeting information to attendees. 
  • Meet deadlines and provide reports to all board members prior to the meeting date.

·        Manage and maintain accurate information with the Division of Insurance for Massachusetts clients.

·        Draft and maintain minutes from board meetings.

·        Collaborate with Underwriting to prepare annual renewals for each Self-Insurance Group.

  • meeting dates for the calendar year.
  • Manage all client Webinar notices and attendance.
  • Maintain client email distribution lists.
  • Attend some group meetings as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders for client communications and staff communications/scheduling.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·        Must have experience with administrative and office management.  Familiarity with insurance environment a plus.

·        Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.

·        Ability to work well in a team environment.

·        Ability to take the lead on projects.

·        Must have a capacity for analytical thinking.

·        Strong problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to adapt and multitask to meet deadlines.

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
