Job Title: Sr. HRIS Analyst
We’re seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our corporate HR team—a strategic thinker and systems generalist who thrives on solving today’s challenges while anticipating tomorrow’s needs. This role is ideal for someone who can see the big picture, connect the dots across systems, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
About the Role:
As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you’ll be a key partner in developing and executing our HR systems strategy. You’ll support multiple platforms across the employee lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. This role is not just about executing tasks—it’s about asking the right questions, identifying opportunities, and building scalable solutions that grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Systems Support: Manage and enhance HR systems that support the full employee lifecycle—from hire to retire—across HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Performance.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Operate as a generalist across multiple systems, providing flexible, high-level support without being tied to a single platform.
- Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all HR platforms.
- System Enhancements & Implementations: Lead system upgrades, new module rollouts, and process improvements with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Vendor & Integration Management: Support vendor relationships, manage integrations, and evaluate new tools and technologies to support business goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and data visualization. Support executive and board-level reporting needs.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training and guidance to HR, recruiters, and business leaders to ensure effective system use.
- Content & Communication: Collaborate with corporate teams to maintain intranet content and communicate system updates and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations to align systems strategy with business objectives.
- Future-Focused Thinking: Anticipate organizational needs and proactively recommend system and process enhancements that support long-term success.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or related HR systems roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Broad knowledge of HRIS platforms and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Avature and/or UKG Pro preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data modeling capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think several steps ahead.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
