Description and Requirements

General Description: Perform day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions. Provide support to USI employees and internal partners with navigating the HRIS system.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as primary contact to resolve and manage HRIS case types. Includes employee and HR questions, reporting queries, payroll, performance, and recruitment areas.
  • Manage HRIS email inbox. Ensure timely replies to various questions.
  • Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting. Respond to basic data requests.
  • Manage data integrity of systems through reporting and communication. Maintain clean reportable data.
  • Complete and submit data for various government reporting. Includes Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
  • Work closely with internal departments on ad hoc reporting and communicating findings. Includes HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Tax, Finance, and legal teams.
  • Build and maintain dynamic Excel-based reporting tools.
  • Develop reports using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Support the HRIS function including HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits and Performance systems.
  • Provide data for Board presentation materials. Data reviewed by senior management, the Board of Directors, and Private Equity Owners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with HR systems and payroll.
  • Broad knowledge of HRIS systems. Includes employee data, performance, and recruitment.  UKGPro (Ultimate Software) and Avature software preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in analysis, data modeling and presentation development.
  • Strong analytical ability. Able to solve complex problems with logic and creativity.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional (less than 10%) domestic travel.

$100-$115K w/ 10% Bonus
