General Description: This position is an integral part of a corporate HR team responsible supporting the national recruiting practice. The Sr. Analyst’s core responsibilities will center on being the primary resource for over 100 recruiters and HR professionals in recruiting & performance management technology, Avature. The ideal candidate will have be a creative problem solver who can confidently communicate findings, best practices, and training to colleagues in various levels of the organization while taking on new challenges with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities:

· Work as part of the HRIS team and closely with the Recruiting, HR and Operations, teams, including ad hoc reporting and relaying conclusions to senior national and field executives

· Become an expert at USI’s state of the art recruiting systems, and be able to support questions from recruiters, HR, and leaders

· Work closely with vendor to manage day-to-day relationship, communicate product gaps, understand roadmap, and plan strategic changes

· Learn USI’s recruiting style, and help to recommend and implement system improvements to optimize usage of system

· Monitor system usage, understand gaps and breakpoints, recommend, and implement changes

· Manage system and program upgrades, additional module implementations, and training/communications for all users

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· 3-5 years of related experience preferred, ideally with experience working with HR systems

· Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and self-motivated work-ethic

· Ability to manage multiple projects and to solve complex problems with logic and creativity

· Ability to contribute as a team member and support other team projects as needed

· Capacity to visualize and discuss abstract concepts and to apply them in practice

· Experience in analysis, data modeling and presentation development

· Must be able to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced business environment

· Occasional (less than 10%) domestic travel should be expected in this position

Compensation & Benefits Information:

Salary Range: $75,000- $90,000

This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 10%
