General Description: Responsible for coordinating USI’s producer onboarding and success training programs. Ensure training session needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the schedule for the onboarding and training programs.
Coordinate and schedule participants, coaches, and speakers for training sessions.
Manage registration for training program with third party vendor. 
Post session recordings on various program pages and communities.
Provide technical support before and during the virtual classroom sessions.
Produce virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions, including: 
        • Manage interactive tools. Includes whiteboards, breakout rooms, and polls. 
        • Respond to participant questions. 
        • Create and distribute links. 
        • Troubleshoot issues. 
        • Support facilitator with activities and instructions. Includes managing chat and advance slides.
Update and assign eLearning courses and Brainshark training modules.
Update and assign training materials and curriculums in Learning Management System (LMS).
Format and update PowerPoint presentations for training sessions.
Create and maintain reports for onboarding, attendance, and course completion.
Work and communicate with training teams and national leaders. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
2 years + experience in a virtual training support role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience with recording, creation and editing tools preferred (e.g., Brainshark, WebEx, Articulate). 
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and OneNote. Advanced PowerPoint skills.  
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment.
Organized self-starter with a positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range:  $45,000- $60,000.  This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 5%.
