Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist

Apply nowGeneral Description: Responsible for the implementation and management of regional marketing initiatives, including prospecting strategies and campaigns, events, digital marketing and automation. Work in partnership with Regional Sales Leader and consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage regional events leveraging Marketo and Social Media Platforms.
- Proactively provide analytics and ROI on marketing initiatives and events.
- Support prospecting activities for sales consultants to drive new business. Create demand for and implement seminars, webinars, and networking events.
- Work with regional marketing and communications leadership to implement sales and marketing processes.
- Oversee tactical sales enablement and marketing projects and tools. Includes communications, presentations, sponsorships, advertising, and branding.
- Work with marketing team to gain higher visibility and quality market positioning. Support new business, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage creative ways to drive webinar and event attendance with effective post event optimization strategies.
- Lead SMS peers in productive communication sessions.
- Drive utilization and update prospecting and relationship building opportunities in sales automation system.
- Communicate impact and effectiveness of events in terms of metrics activity and revenue.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing position.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing automation platforms. Includes Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with salesforce management/CRM systems. Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
- Strong Social Media skills, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time if needed, i.e. attending trade show or event if required.
- Experience developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Detail oriented with editorial skill.
- Working knowledge of Webex Events and MS Office.
- Self-motivated. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-pressure, team environment.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
