General Description:  The Recruiting Operations Analyst drives recruiting organizational change through creative use of data and metrics to guide the Company’s leadership team in making data-backed, strategic decisions. Incorporates tactical findings into innovating USI’s candidate-facing brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data using quantitative and qualitative methods. Make recommendations to leadership on Company recruiting strategy.
  • Drive process improvements by working with internal partners to execute recruiting strategies.
  • Responsible for driving sourcing and marketing strategies in consultation with talent acquisition team.
  • Create and evaluate reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback. Develop and execute corrective action plans as needed.
  • Develop strategic working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
  • Create monthly and ad hoc reporting for executive meetings.
  • Manage talent acquisition vendors and track budgets.
  • Act as a Brand Manager to develop innovative and fun ways to increase brand recognition and improve candidate experience.
  • Manage online presence on multiple social media platforms. Articulates unique benefits of joining USI and tailors campaigns for local markets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management tools a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses.
  • Project management experience with the ability to plan and execute key deliverables. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
