As a member of our Corporate Headquarters team, the Receptionist attends to visitors and handles inquires on the phone and face to face in our reception area. The Receptionist supplies information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.  


  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing,mailing and filing
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Control inventory relevant to reception area
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Updates and distributes telephone list
  • Provides Administrative support to Executive Expense Reports as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma in any field from an accredited institution required
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Organizing, planning, and customer service orientation
  • Great attention to detail and stress tolerance
  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy
