Rogers Benefit Group – Phoenix, AZ

New Business Marketing/Quoting Position

This position requires working with our Sales and Account Management teams to help achieve their sales and retention goals. Duties would include, but are not limited to:

-        Preparing sales proposals using the RBG Rate Hub and carriers’ online systems

-        Interacting with insurance carriers' underwriting teams to obtain accurate pricing for new client prospects

-        Understanding carriers’ participation and underwriting requirements

-        Interacting with broker partners to assure we have all that is needed to obtain accurate rates for their group clients.

-        Answering phone calls

Prior employee benefit sales and/or servicing experience is a plus, but not required.

The applicant should have proficiency in basic computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and internet search engines.

Applicant must be comfortable working as part of a sales team.  Our office environment is fast paced, and flexibility is required in order to respond to our clients’ needs.

Office hours are 8:30am, - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
