General Description:  The Jr Payroll Administrator will be responsible for assisting payroll for a rapidly growing organization. Working with a seasoned payroll team to support regular payroll activities.


  • Entering of New Hires.
  • Answer payroll hot line.
  • Manage Payroll In-box
  • Set up of 401k loans.
  • Maintain garnishment log.
  • Scanning of all payroll supporting documentation.
  • Scan and distribute all incoming mail.
  • Bi-weekly check distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Work, Outlook and Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with UltiPro payroll preferred.
  • Overtime may be required to fulfill the requirements of this position.
