General Description:   Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of PRS client transactions including summaries of insurance, endorsements, renewals, new policies, rewrites and cancellations. Activities required to support Premier account managers in maintaining the integrity of the clients’ electronic files.

Responsibilities:

   Provide prompt, knowledgeable service of requested policy transactions accessing carrier systems to process requests received.

   Maintain transaction documentation of client files in Sagitta and ImageRight in accordance with

Workflow standards.

   Update database to reflect changes and maintain current policy coverage detail. This may involve data entry of account information into Sagitta, checking information received against data already entered via carrier download, and/or cross checking information against carrier system.

   Respond to Client Advisors requests for information, documents and general technical inquiries.

   Correspond with assigned servicer and/or Client Advisor for any transaction with missing information or additional clarification to process.

   Prioritize daily allocation of work based on time sensitivity of documents and determine appropriate action to be taken.

   Meets or exceeds individual daily processing requirements and monthly accuracy goals.

   Creation and distribution/posting of monthly Regional Management Reports

   Assist managers with special projects as needed.

   Maintain client files accurately and consistently; responsible for proper documentation for all transactions processed in accordance with company workflows, procedures and best practices. Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management and document management systems.

   Manage or assist in book transfers, using approved tracking sheets and action plans.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

   1-3 years experience in Personal Lines Insurance with automobile, homeowners, liability and other related products.  Agency/Broker and High Net Worth experience preferred.


   High School Graduate. College degree preferred, but not required.

   Effectively handle tasks which require the use/interaction with multiple software applications

   Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

   Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.

   Knowledge of Personal Risk carrier systems processing.

   Must be comfortable with internet based programs as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products. Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred, but not required.

   Sets priorities and manages workflows to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.

   Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts.  Ability to work in a team environment.

   Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company.

Physical Demands

Work is currently performed in a work from home environment and/or a climate controlled office with minimal noise and limited to no exposure to chemicals or toxins. Employees operate office equipment including; telephone - headset, Computer, computer monitors, keyboard, mouse, copier, scanner and mail machine.  Physical tasks of job include; walking, sitting, standing, bending and fingering.

Analysis of Physical Demands:

   Constantly (over 66% of time) work performed requires employees to use repetitive hand motions such as typing, using a keyboard, and sitting at a desk.

   Frequently (34%-66% of time) work performed requires employees to handle and grasp things, walk on normal surfaces, stand and bend.

   Occasionally (1%-33% of time) work performed requires employees to drive to client appointments, have repetitive foot movements, walk on uneven or slippery surfaces to and from work and occasionally reach outward to grab things and bend.

        Rarely (< than 1 hour per week) work performed requires Lifting/Carrying items that range from 10-50lbs, pushing/pulling items that range from 10-50lbs, twisting/ turning including reaching over shoulder or above head, kneeling or squatting.
