General Description:   Responsible for the accurate and timely handling of various PRS client transactions including summaries of insurance, endorsements processing and verification endorsement issuance.  Requires attention to detail supporting our Premier and Preferred account managers in maintaining the integrity of the clients’ electronic files.   Individual must have the ability to work task assigned in team environment, meeting deadlines, and contributing to the overall success of National Shared Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, knowledgeable service of requested policy transactions accessing carrier systems to process requests received.
  • Maintain transaction documentation of client files in Sagitta and ImageRight in accordance with Workflow standards.
  • This may involve data entry of account information into Sagitta, checking information received against data already entered via carrier download, and/or cross checking information against carrier system.
  • Prioritize daily allocation of work based on time sensitivity of documents and determine appropriate action to be taken.
  • Meets or exceeds individual daily processing requirements and monthly accuracy goals.
  • Assist with special projects as needed and directed by manager.
     

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Agency/Broker experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Effectively handle tasks which require the use/interaction with multiple software applications
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Personal Risk carrier systems processing.
  • Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred, but not required.
  • Sets priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company.

Salary range $42,000- $45,000.  This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 5%.
