General Description: Manage the development and execution of marketing plans for sales generation and customer retention across various channels. Includes presentations, events, direct mail, email, print, and web.

Responsibilities: 
Support sales and account/client management teams. Develop custom proposals, sales presentations, client renewals, channel lead generation campaigns, and trade show activities. 
Develop communication materials that are aligned with the company's brand and design guidelines. Includes brochures, applications, lead cards, direct mail, advertisements, press releases, email, and social media.
Manage the execution of client marketing plans to generate sales and business development opportunities, general interest, and qualified sales leads for assigned clients. 
Manage creative approvals from clients and carriers. Ensure compliance with contract and regulatory standards.
Develop copy and use graphic design skills for online and offline marketing campaigns.
Generate reporting for marketing campaign performance. Includes sales results, engagement results, and other KPIs.
Collaborate with the manager on marketing tactics that improve campaign and channel performance.
Assist in conducting routine satisfaction surveys.
Oversee the updating and reprinting of fulfillment materials, presentations, and proposals. 
Create event signage and materials.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
3 years + of related experience managing and implementing marketing campaigns required.
College degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of insurance, technology, accounting, compliance, or operations processes/procedures.  
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 
Detail oriented. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize. 
Must have excellent project management skills.
