General Description:

Responsible for training and support of Commercial Lines employees at a national level on the agency management systems, software tools, workflows, processes, and Best Practices.

Responsibilities:

§  Assist all Commercial Lines team members by providing accurate guidance and answers to questions related to systems and processes.  

§  Facilitate live training via Webex.

§  Create on-demand courses.

§  Assist in the creation and development of new training content and materials.

§  Participate in team projects to support training initiatives.

§  Continually build knowledge on systems, product information, and technology to support Commercial Lines operations users.

§  Other projects and duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

§  3-5 years of insurance agency experience as a Commercial Lines Account Servicer. 

§  Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred.

§  Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

§  Experience using Sagitta and ImageRight.

§  Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

§  Experience training individuals or groups of people is preferred.

§  Ability to be engaging and energetic with a professional demeanor in a training room or virtual setting.

§  Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and supervision.

§  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

§  Acute attention to detail

Effective oral communication skills are required.
