General Job Description:  Responsible for supporting the identification, design and delivery of documents and templates for the Commercial Lines Deliverables Hub.  Working with the Sr. Business Analyst and teams throughout Commercial Lines Operations, Account Management and Technical Resources, this position will help ensure that these useful templates are moved quickly and efficiently from design to adoption. 


    • Catalogue and track templates suggested for the CL Deliverables Hub from identification/suggestion through disposition (posting/rejection)
    • Prioritize templates for development and production.
    • Work with subject matter experts (primarily account managers or technical resources team members) to finalize design of accepted templates
    • Identify opportunities to leverage existing data from various sources (i.e. Sagitta, ImageRight, etc.) to provide templates that are as efficient as possible
    • Submit final design templates to development and partner closely throughout development process
    • Schedule project and volunteer team calls and prepare effective agenda’s and notes
    • Help create supporting documentation and communication (i.e. “Create” documents, newsletters, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • 3 years’ experience with Sagitta and ImageRight; with above-average understanding of both systems
    • 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
    • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
    • Able to work independently or as part of a team. (Self-Starter)
    • Able to stay organized with many conflicting priorities
    • Able to create and manage long and short-term plans/goals, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
    • Able to make effective decisions when presented with multiple options
    • Able to present ideas clearly and accurately
