Apply nowGeneral Description: Responsible for maximizing the value of investments in national associations for USI. Work with national and regional leadership to execute association strategy and best practices. Build relationships with national associations driving USI SME and sales consultant opportunities to support their businesses. Includes opportunities to engage, speak, present, and provide association with knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for relationship management of national associations for the company.
• Work closely with national leadership to develop and maintain professional services strategies. Includes Niche/Sub Vertical, Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits.
• Develop and execute strategy in partnership with National Sales and Marketing team. Drive prospecting plan through each association to leverage national and local capabilities. Includes customizing Executive Series and developing events, webinars, and presentation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain best practices for producers.
• Manage producer member association list. Work with national HR team and local leaders to ensure active membership.
• Assist in measurement of current and future association investments, including ROI.
• Profile top associations and match subject matter experts/producers for speaking opportunities.
• Research and maintain list of best industry and professional associations. Includes prioritizing opportunities based on broker involvement.
• Help facilitate new prospect contacts into company database.
• Partner with Regional Sales leaders and Sales and Marketing Specialists to support projects and processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 5 years + experience in marketing or association membership management.
• Prior experience providing sales and or marketing support at the executive level. Administrative and insurance experience preferred.
• College degree required.
• Knowledge and experience of National Associations/Local chapters.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred. Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
• Proficient with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation & Benefits Information:
Salary Range: $75,000- $90,000
This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 5%
