As Marketing Project Manager, you will develop and manage the execution of marketing plans for lead/sales generation and customer retention across various channels (presentations, events, direct mail, email, print, web, etc.) for both our Commercial and Individual Benefits divisions serving prestigious association clients.  Location is in our brand-new Newtown Square, PA location (Note:  we are working remotely through year-end).


In this individual contributor role, you will:

·         Manage our Social Media presence for our selected partners including develop a social media strategy for all social media platforms; manage posts; and measure/report on KPI's.

·         Support sales and account/client management teams by developing collateral sales materials, including but not limited to sell sheets and brochures, materials and activities for trade shows, meetings, and conferences, online and offline channel lead generation campaigns, with emphasis toward e-mail and other digital tactics.

·         Support the mission of the Marketing Department by developing communication materials in line with the company's overall brand and design guidelines for online and offline channels, including but not limited to, brochures, applications, lead cards, direct mail, advertisements, press releases, email, social media, etc.;  Manage the execution of client marketing plans to generate sales and business development opportunities, general interest, and qualified sales leads, Manage creative approvals by client and carrier compliance, meeting contract and regulatory standards;  Develop copy and using basic graphic design skills for online and offline marketing campaigns; Report the performance of marketing campaigns by sales results, engagement results, and other KPIs; Collaborate with Director of Strategic Campaign Management on marketing tactics that improve campaign and channel performance and assist in conducting routine satisfaction surveys


The Right Individual Will Have:

·      Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university or equivalent experience required. Degree in Marketing, English or Communications is preferred;

·      Estimated 3+ years related experience including managing and executing marketing campaigns.  Financial Services Industry experience is preferred.


In addition:

·            Must be proficient in the MS Office suite of products including Word (formatting, layout and design), basic functions of Excel, Access, and    PowerPoint.      Familiarity with Adobe is helpful.  Experience with InDesign is preferred. 

·            Basic knowledge of HTML for email development is required.

·            Intermediate graphic designs skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a plus

·            Must have excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter,  LinkedIn and Instagram

·            Must have excellent ability to establish priorities; manage multiple deadlines and diverse tasks; good organizational skills and attention to detail.

·            Must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate and/or present information to managers, clients, vendors,       outside creative talent.

·            Ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines

·            Must have excellent project management skills.

·            Ability to handle a high level of stress during peak marketing time-frames

·            Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

·            Ability to write status reports, strategy briefs, business correspondence and procedural manuals is required.

·            Copy-writing skills are a plus.

·            A plus if the person can also conceptualize and write promotional copy that effectively communicates project objectives.
