In this role you will develop and manage the customer communications for USI Affinity across various channels (social media, content development, presentations, direct mail, email, print, web and events). Execution of marketing plans for lead/sales generation and customer retention across various channels (presentations, events, direct mail, email, print, web, etc.) for are various divisions and prestigious association clients. 

Location is in our brand-new Newtown Square, PA office.

 In this individual contributor role, you will:

  •  Develop and manage our Social Media strategy for all social platforms; measure and report on KPI's and provide relative content.
  •         Support sales and account/client management teams by developing custom proposals, sales presentations, webinars, reports, collateral sales materials, including but not limited to sell sheets and brochures, lead cards, materials and activities for trade shows, meetings, and conferences, online and offline channel lead generation campaigns, with emphasis ton email and other digital tactics.
  • Develop communication materials in-line with the company brand and design guidelines for online and off-line channels, including, but not limited to  brochures, applications, lead cards, direct mail, advertisements, press releases, email,  social media, etc. for prospects and current customers.
  • You will manage the execution of customer communication plans to generate sales and business development opportunities, general interest and communications to current customers.
  • Develop copy and using basic graphic design skills for online and offline marketing campaigns;
  •  Collaborate with Director of Strategic Campaign Management on marketing tactics that improve campaign and channel performance and assist in conducting routine satisfaction surveys
  •  Manage marketing materials for events and conferences and work with sales team on the distribution of materials.

 

The right individual will have:

  •  Bachelor's degree (B. A.)  Degree is required (Marketing or Communications is preferred).
  • 3+ years related experience in marketing or communications role ( Financial Services Industry experience is preferred).
  • Experience in developing marketing and customer communications is required.
  • Experience managing Social Media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for business is required including content writing; results reporting and meeting KPI’s.

 Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Detail orientation with strong editorial skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate and/or present information to all levels of employees as well as  clients, vendors, outside creative talent.
  • Must be able to work well with all levels  and provide exceptional support to Marketing and Marketing Leaders, Sales Leaders and Sales team.
  •  Acute attention to detail and a drive to ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Strong self-discipline to complete projects, while budgeting time to meet additional deadlines and immediate needs of producers and management.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Experience with digital marketing automation platforms is required (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot and Marketing Cloud a plus).
  • Intermediate graphic design skills are a plus. (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email development is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills including, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, WebEx.
  • Strong Social Media skills (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and experience with Hootsuite (or a similar social media platform).
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
