Apply nowGeneral Description: Selected candidates will become part of the growing automation team. They will engage with partners in the business and IT to understand, design, and develop RPA solutions for repetitive, standardize tasks and enable partners to focus on more challenging, demanding and rewarding tasks.
The initial engagement will be with UiPath Document Understanding and will grow to include the entire UiPath Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automations with UiPath RPA platform.
- Liaison between business users and the IT team.
- Research and evaluate intake pipeline to recommend dispositions.
- Coordinate and develop to meet business requirements.
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with line of business leaders.
- Transform user requests into business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop test plans and test cases. Manage system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work with business leaders for successful implementation of net new and upgrades to automations.
- Ensure that projects and systems are delivered to end user satisfaction.
- Define and document "as is" and "to be" workflows and review with LOB leaders.
- Execute the project according to the project plan.
- Contribute to project plans, issue logs, and tasks in the systems of record.
- Interface with vendors to ensure compliance to contractual agreements and standards.
- Operate in accordance with USI Policies for the Information Security Program (PISP) and USI Standards for the Information Security Program (SISP).
- Keep up to date with security updates and improvements. Implement improvements as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 0-5 years IT and/or systems experience, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- UiPath Studio and the development of automations.
- Proficient with at least 1 object-oriented programming language.
- Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding preferred, SQL a plus.
- Experience with insurance and/or sales applications and workflows a plus.
- Team oriented; hands-on approach expected.
- Able to manage multiple and rapidly changing, high visibility priorities and project.
Cyber Security Job Responsibilities:

- Keep up to date with security updates and improvements. Implement improvements as appropriate.
- Protect systems against unauthorized access by appropriately defining access.
- Upgrade systems by implementing and maintaining security and technical controls.

Compensation & Benefits Information:
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
This is a bonus-eligible position.
