In this role, you will have a direct impact in increasing our revenue generation by using your administrative, organizational, collaborative and tech-savvy skills!  You will provide administrative and customer support to facilitate our sales processes including liaising with prospects/customers, internal/external partners; ensuring all required information and medical testing is completed in a timely and accurate fashion; creating and maintaining a centralized database of sales information and related reporting including providing case status/updates to sales staff and management.  .  We will provide all training including resources and costs for licensing requirements!  We offer a great team environment and an opportunity for personal learning, growth and making an impact! This role is a temporary to hire position, eligible for Medical benefits and will be located in our brand-new Newtown Square, PA office.  NOTE: We will be working remotely until at least April 2021.



  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2+ years administrative experience in a customer service/sales office environment (sales environment preferred).
  • Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Word (mail merge helpful); Excel (advanced skills including create reports; formulas; graphs, etc.); PowerPoint for creation of presentations and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Office Teams is helpful.  Must be computer literate and able to learn and apply new systems including becoming proficient in USI Platforms (Admin+ & MS Dynamics CRM).


Must have:

  • Strong organizational skills and self-discipline/flexibility to prioritize tasks; multi-task and effectively handle changing priorities to ensure deadlines are met in a timely basis.
  • Strong collaborative and written/verbal communications skills to effectively work with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong numeric ability and analytical/problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Must have strong initiative and be properly assertive in presenting new ideas to management and producers.
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
