· Train employees on timecard completion. Ensure timecards are submitted by the deadline
- Maintain compliant employee files
- Process employee changes in the online HR System (UKG)
- Create and update regional organizational charts
- Pull Reports for Regional Chief Human Resources Officer
- Submit new hire IT tickets
- Set up workspace for new hires
- Assist with new hire onboarding - Offer Letter process and managing candidates through the hire process in Avature ATS
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Assist with the offboarding process as necessary by preparing docs and submitting IT tickets for employees exiting the company
- Process unemployment claims
- Assist with the coordination of special events
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with a concentration in HR or Business Administration preferred.
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred, but not required.
- Competence in employee relations with strong communication skills.
- Ability to make recommendations to resolve problems and ensure policies are upheld.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and Human Resources administration systems.
