  • As a fulfillment associate, you will be responsible for receiving mail deliveries, processing paperwork, scanning and attaching all documentation received in a timely manner with an attention to detail.

  • :
  • Record and archive information within a process-defined database architecture
  • Complete  scanning and document processing with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ensure timeliness of processing within service level agreement parameters
  • Provide thorough and prompt response to all correspondence from administration teams  regarding participant faxes, emails and mailings
  • Maintain and organize materials pertinent to day to day operations

Specific/Individual Core Competencies:

  • Good communication skills - able to assist team members
  • Able to meet deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experienced with scanning software, case management systems and document tracking
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Work independently and in a group atmosphere

Education:

  • 2-year degree preferred
  • Previous Fulfillment associate experience
