Position Summary:

This position is responsible for effective forecasting and financial reporting of $100+ million of revenue and related expenses across 10 regions. The Financial Analyst works closely with many departments/divisions, including Finance, Sales, Regional Management, Corporate Finance, Operations and Accounting Center to ensure that the forecast and other reporting reflect the most current data available.

Responsibilities (include but not exclusive to the following):

  • Prepare monthly forecast by line of business and operating company including revenue and expense data.
  • Participate in monthly financial close and reporting including production analysis, producer compensation, audits and charge backs, closing journal entries and preparation of management reports.  
  • Analyze monthly production revenue results to complete a revenue roll-forward by line of business, by operating company prior to month end close deadline.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual regional financial reports.
  • Manage the revenue and expense variance reporting process throughout the month.
  • Perform monthly analysis of operating company results to regional management.
  • Manage producer commission/compensation for regions and compile mid-month Producer Variance report.
  • Prepare annual budget by line of business and operating company.  Work with Practice, OpCo leaders and Operating managers to insure inclusion of all expenses, revenue and/or new initiatives.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to assist management team gain insight on results and future activities related to revenue and expenses.
  • Other projects and analysis as requested from Corporate Finance/Accounting/Operations or Regional Leaders.

Experience / Key Skills Required:

§  Four year degree from a top undergraduate business school.  Finance and/or accounting degree required.  Minimum GPA of 3.0

§  Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience

§  Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and work-ethic

§  Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines under pressure

§  Strong Excel skills

§  Knowledge of SAP / BPC a plus

§  Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
