As a Senior Client Service Advisor in USI’s International Benefit Practice , you’ll be responsible for leading and delivering strategic consultation and global project management services to multinational clients on their benefit and retirement plans across the globe.


• Understand multinational client needs and objectives and develop services to meet those needs.

• Provide strategic consulting and global project management expertise in global benefits management, multinational pooling, global underwriting, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence on continuity and plan integration.

• Prepare, maintain and effectively-execute the global project plan ensuring scope of services are effectively administered in a timely manner.

• Build relationships with internal and external sources to establish credibility and trust.

• Lead and manage multiple multinational client engagements.

• Perform technical reviews of benefit plan reports and other work products.

• Finalize and present quality deliverables to clients.

• Establish a trusted advisor role with clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management.

• Work closely with Producers and Account Management team that manage clients domestic benefit programs to ensure comprehensive program management, as applicable.

• While practice expertise focuses on benefit plans for local nationals in each country, the EB International Client Service Advisor may also assist clients with global mobility and development of programs for expatriate team members.

• Demonstrate leadership ability by being able to mentor other coworkers.


• 5+ years of experience working on global benefit + retirement programs and demonstrated expertise in delivering HR consulting services to multinational organizations.

• FSA designation strongly preferred.

• Exceptional global project management planning and execution skills.

• Proven experience managing multiple clients, timeframes and deliverables.

• Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.

• A professional presence with polished, well-developed oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to assess varied situations and to develop the correct path forward, with confidence.

• Ability to actively listen for client concerns and to understand their objectives.

• Ability to understand complex issues and know how to resolve concerns, including when to escalate issues for resolution.

• Strong analytical and creative skills.

• The desire to be part of a growth team and interest in shaping the future for the International Benefits Practice.

• Availability to travel as needed, including global travel.

• Legally able to work in the United States.
