Description and Requirements

The Role:

As an Early Talent Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Early Talent Recruiting Team. You will be responsible for scheduling manager interviews, registering for events, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage registration, payment, and tracking of on-campus recruiting events.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, including travel arrangements, booth setup, and materials preparation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Early Talent Recruiting Team as needed.
  • Monitor the team’s inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Support the recruitment marketing strategy by coordinating with the marketing team and assisting with promotional activities.
  • Provide additional sourcing support as needed for hard-to-fill locations.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

$55K-$60k plus 5% Bonus
