A leading regional role in the Executive & Professional Risk Solutions (EPS) practice working with clients and prospects, both public and private, to mitigate and transfer risk by quantifying EPS exposures, helping minimize such exposures and broking the following EPS insurance products: 


  • Directors & Officers liability (D&O)
  • Employment Practices Liability (EPL)
  • Fiduciary Liability
  • Crime / Special Crime
  • Errors & Omissions (E&O)
  • Cyber risk and liability



Handle/manage client relationships for a core book of existing EPS business (>$75K in premium placements).


Manage renewal process by coordinating, researching, constructing information and presentations used in the renewal process.               


Respond, handle, negotiate, manage client and prospect requests throughout the year in concert with EPS services nationally, i.e. Claims Management, Board Room Education, Benchmarking, etc.


Market, analyze and place all private and small public company business within the Region as directed by local management. Facilitate all aspects of the transaction for each client/new opportunity.


Team up with National EPS professionals to form regional/national EPS team dynamic to handle/manage the relationship for the largest/most complex clients in the region.


Provide guidance to account managers in the region for EPS placements <$75K.


Help grow the overall EPS book within the region in conjunction with regional sales efforts.

Develop and maintain public/complex private/financial institution target list by office.


Coordinate Producer and COI's that may influence those opportunities.


Develop COI's by making educational presentations, networking, etc. and utilize them in sales opportunities as needed.


Strategize with EPS Team, Local and Regional Practice Leaders, and Producers to create a sales plan and execute on it.


Coordinate completion, assist in building and/or create as needed sales/marketing presentations for various levels of opportunities.


Lead sales presentation for Regional EPS opportunities and request assistance/participation from EPS Team as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's Degree preferred.

Progressive responsibility in Executive & Professional Services (EPS) (minimum of 5 years).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently but in concert with regional teams

Work within national EPS standards with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Must be detail oriented, organized, responsive and able to perform with high standards of quality.

Must have demonstrated ability to lead "C-suite level" presentations.

Must have demonstrated strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills as well as superior customer service skills.

Ability to analyze problems and make decisions based on regulations and procedures in place.
