General Description: Responsible for the coordination, relationship management, contractual and pricing oversight of all pre-negotiated pharmacy contracts. Works closely with regional pharmacy consultants in the delivery of the USI’s proprietary Clear Options Rx platform and will co-manage vendor relationship specific to contracts, panel PBM’s and pricing.  

Responsibilities:
Manage pre-negotiated bids via Clear Options platform
Assist in managing PBM and carrier relationships
Collaborate with pharmacy consulting team regarding PBM offerings
Educate team members and clients about prescription drug benefits.
Perform technical analysis of pharmacy contracts and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Prepare comparisons of various PBM contracts. 
Act as subject matter expert on pharmacy solutions. 
Assist consultants in negotiating market results with carriers and PBM's.
Develop and deliver actionable dashboards and reports to support USI Pharmacy solutions. 
Attend periodic pharmacy conferences held by industry vendors

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree required.  
5 years + experience with data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.  Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or PBM processes preferred.
Must hold or willing to obtain state Life & Disability insurance license.  
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.  
Must be process driven person 
Ability to manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
