EB Operations Analyst

Apply nowGeneral Description: This position is an integral part of an operational leadership team responsible for developing and executing national strategies and direction. The Operations Analyst's core responsibilities will center on analyzing and supporting operating companies to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver who can confidently communicate their findings, analyze large data sets through Microsoft Excel and take on new challenges with increasing responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with national operations team including ad hoc reporting and relaying conclusions to senior national and field executives.
- Manage ongoing benchmarking analyses and the evaluation of best practices for regions and 70+ operating companies across the country.
- Comprehensive analysis, conclusions, and recommendations around the Employee Benefits book of business characteristics
- Perform operational tasks and execute projects to provide recommendations to optimize operational performance.
- Build and maintain dynamic Excel-based reporting tools to facilitate operating company management.
- Involved with the integration and follow-up of numerous acquisitions.
- Development of presentation material to be reviewed by Sr. Management and Regional Leadership
- Preparing and distribution presentations for national and regional meetings
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Four-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
- 3+ years of related experience preferred.
- Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience in analysis, data modeling and presentation development
- Knowledge of BPC / SAP a plus
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and self-motivated work-ethic
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to solve complex problems with logic and creativity.
- Capacity to visualize and discuss abstract concepts and to apply them in practice.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced business environment.
- Ten percent domestic travel should be expected in this position.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000. This is a bonus-eligible position with a target incentive of 5%.
