General Description:  Responsible for the management of corporate cash, banking relationships, and debt. As well as the investment portfolio for USI.


  • Responsible for oversight of the day-to-day cash management functions. Includes account monitoring, account funding, fraud monitoring, wire/ACH processing, etc.
  • Manage over $3 billion of corporate debt, including credit facility and senior notes.
  • Manage annual KYC processes for respective bank service and credit providers.
  • Manage in excess of $400 million investment portfolio. Maintain the company’s investment policy.
  • Responsible for annual bank fee/interest income and interest expense budgets. Monitor and analyze the monthly actual amounts verses the budget.
  • Prepare quarterly cash trend analyses, debt summaries and monthly investment summaries for CFO.
  • Work on all aspects of banking and online access for acquisitions.
  • Review and approve monthly cash position report and cash flow forecast prepared by Treasury Manager.
  • Negotiate cost savings opportunities with banks and other service providers.
  • Review and approve monthly interest accruals.
  • Responsible for reconciliation reports for monthly and quarterly closes.
  • Responsible for procuring companywide cash management and banking services.
  • Prepare quarterly Treasury Management and Debt SOX narratives and provide required deliverables. Participate in departmental walkthroughs for internal and external audit teams.
  • Conduct annual EFT Policies & Procedures acknowledgement process with those responsible for processing electronic payments.
  • Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
  • Approve Treasury issued electronic payments.
  • Review and approve online banking access.
  • Implement process improvement processes and special projects, as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • CTP or CFA strongly preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail and superior work ethic.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well.
