General Description: Develops and executes marketing strategies for lead generation and new client acquisition. Creates client communication to support the USICG brand and practices.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead marketing technology initiatives to achieve USICG’s business goals and objectives.

·         Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.

·         Collaborate with business partners to develop digital marketing strategy to meet company needs.

·         Responsible for digital outreach strategy including landing pages, webinars, and paid advertising.

·         Conduct test campaigns, review key metrics and identify opportunities to increase performance.

·         Execute social media strategy. Manage content guidelines and engagement cadence. Develop campaigns, review benchmarks, and evaluate new channels.

·         Manage and track activity on USI marketing automation platform and Microsoft Dynamics. Maintain database of prospects and clients.

·         Manage USICG website. Maintain web content and make suggestions for ongoing enhancements.

·         Oversee search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research and ZoomInfo Intent. Review statistics to increase traffic and conversion rates.

·         Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) on growth and impact of marketing activities. Guide leadership in strategic planning.

·         Provide insight on business areas that have momentum and are profitable.

·         Support CG Director of Marketing to execute USICG’s content marketing strategy and content calendar.

·         Provide expert counsel on digital marketing strategies, services, technologies, trends, and tools.  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·         3 years + of digital marketing experience. Experience with web development, marketing automation, database management and email communication platforms.

·         Bachelor's Degree preferred

·         Intermediate user of technical marketing services, including:

o   Email communication and database management systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

o   Marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)

o   Customer relationship management systems (CRM)

o   Website development and contact management systems (CMS)

o   Intermediate knowledge and understanding of SEO and best practices

o   Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, social media data optimization

o   Data capture and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

o   Price-Per-Click (PPC) services, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads

·         Web programming proficiency in HTML, HML5, CSS and CSS3

·         Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)

·         Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to multitask.

·         Dedication to ongoing process improvement and effectiveness.

·         Detail-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
