The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy Analyst will work closely with Corporate Executives and Regional Business Leaders to help develop business strategy, growth plans and drive execution. This is a highly visible role. This individual will be mentored by one of our business leaders, and be critically involved in strategic planning, problem solving, and making decisions impacting our business.

  • Florham Park, NJ
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Dallas, TX
  • Valhalla (Westchester County), NY

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Corporate Executive and Regional Business Leaders
  • Manage Growth Initiative workstreams, and run weekly project meetings to ensure activities stay on track
  • Assist in developing, leading, and implementing strategic and operational initiatives to enhance revenue growth and / or improve operating margins
  • Review and analyze financial and operating reports and participate in monthly forecasting and performance review calls
  • Communicate and present findings to Program Management and Corporate Executives
  • Analyze potential acquisition targets through financial analysis and pro-forma modeling of USI Program opportunity

Our Candidate

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Our ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of experience at a top tier management consulting firm or a corporate strategy role in a financial institution.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical ability, communication skills, and work ethic.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Advanced level of financial analysis, data modeling and presentation development.
  • Strong technical capabilities including advanced Excel. MS SQL / Analysis Services scripting, and business intelligence dashboard modeling (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platform) is a plus.
  • Limited domestic travel (when travel is "back!").
