The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy Analyst will work closely with Corporate Executives and Regional Business Leaders to effectively synthesize data to help make decisions impacting our business. This is a visible role. This individual will be mentored by several of our business leaders, and will be involved in problem solving. 


  • Work closely with Corporate Executive and Regional Business Leaders
  • Review & analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements, revenue growth
  • Communicate and present findings to Corporate Executives
  • Board materials preparation

Our Candidate

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Our ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of experience at a management consulting firm, or a corporate strategy or other analytical role in financial services.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical ability, communication skills, and work ethic.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Advanced level of financial analysis, data modeling and presentation development.
  • Strong technical capabilities including advanced Excel. MS SQL / Analysis Services scripting, and business intelligence dashboard modeling (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platform) is a plus.
  • Limited domestic travel
