Description and Requirements
About the Role:
As a People Analytics Analyst, you will play a key role in executing routine analytics and reporting within our People Analytics function. You’ll manage recurring reports, maintain data accuracy, support Power BI refreshes, and contribute to analytical projects across HR and Recruiting. This position partners with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data, meaningful insights, and consistent reporting tools that drive business decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Refresh recurring reports and dashboards; prepare datasets and ensure accuracy across all routine People Analytics deliverables.
- Validate data, identify inconsistencies, and maintain data integrity for HR and Recruiting metrics.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and data requests from HR, Recruiting, and business leaders.
- Provide data, insights, and analytical support for cross-functional projects.
- Maintain and enhance data models, reports, and dashboards used by People Analytics and Recruiting.
- Support the development of new metrics, tools, and reporting solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide training and documentation to help internal partners interpret reports and use analytics effectively.
- Administer and support the Criteria assessment system, including user setup, troubleshooting, and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in analytics, business, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, power queries, data modeling, and large datasets.
- Experience with Power BI, HR systems, recruiting data, or assessment tools (e.g., Criteria) preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail with the ability to verify, validate, and ensure accuracy in all datasets and reporting outputs.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and drive tasks to completion.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build collaborative cross-functional relationships.
